储能管家隐私政策
本政策适用于深圳市飞思捷跃科技有限公司提供的“储能管家”移动应用。我们会按照最小必要原则处理与账号、项目、电站、设备监控和策略下发相关的数据，不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方，也不会用于广告投放。
一、我们收集和使用的信息
为了向您提供储能电站监控、设备运行查看、告警查看、策略配置与下发等服务，我们可能会收集和使用以下信息：
- 账号与登录信息：包括账号名称、手机号、邮箱、登录凭证、角色权限、所属组织或项目权限等，用于身份验证、账号管理和权限控制。
- 项目、电站与设备运行数据：包括项目名称、电站名称、设备名称、设备地址、产品标识、设备状态、电量、功率、SOC、告警、运行记录、策略配置、策略执行状态和策略下发记录等，用于展示运行情况、进行能耗分析、告警处理和设备策略管理。
- 操作与服务日志：包括登录时间、操作时间、接口访问记录、策略修改与下发记录、异常日志等，用于保障服务安全、排查故障、审计关键操作和改进服务稳定性。
- 基础技术信息：包括设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、网络状态、IP 地址、时间戳等，用于适配不同设备、诊断错误和保障应用正常运行。
- 本地缓存信息：包括登录状态、访问令牌、语言设置、最近选择的项目或电站等，用于维持登录状态和提升使用体验。您可以通过退出登录、清理应用缓存或卸载应用清除本地缓存。
除非您主动提供或业务功能确有需要，我们不会收集与本服务无关的个人敏感信息。
二、我们不会收集或使用的信息
- 本应用不提供广告投放功能，不会为了广告展示、广告归因或广告效果分析收集或共享您的个人信息。
- 本应用不提供第三方支付功能，不会接入微信支付、支付宝支付等支付 SDK。
- 本应用不提供地图定位功能，不会主动申请或使用定位权限。
- 本应用不访问您的照片、视频或媒体库，不会主动申请读取图片、视频或外部存储权限。
- 本应用不需要读取手机状态或设备识别码权限，不会收集 IMEI、IMSI、SIM 序列号、IDFA 等设备硬件识别码。
三、权限说明
我们仅在实现应用功能所必需时申请系统权限，并会在系统授权提示中说明用途。若未来新增需要权限的功能，我们会在使用前向您说明目的，并在取得您的授权后使用。
当前版本不需要访问照片、视频、媒体库、外部存储、定位或手机状态权限。您可以在系统设置中查看和管理应用权限。
四、第三方服务与 SDK
本应用基于 DCloud uni-app 技术框架开发。为保证应用基础运行、页面渲染和异常排查，DCloud 相关运行组件可能处理必要的基础技术信息或错误日志。我们未在当前版本中配置广告、地图、支付、第三方登录或第三方统计分析 SDK。
我们的业务数据主要通过深圳市飞思捷跃科技有限公司运营的服务器和接口进行处理，用于完成账号登录、项目查询、电站监控、设备运行查看、告警查看、策略配置与下发等功能。
五、我们如何使用信息
- 为您提供账号登录、身份验证、权限控制和安全保护。
- 展示项目、电站、设备、告警、分析报表和策略运行情况。
- 支持策略配置、策略修改、策略下发、操作确认和下发结果查询。
- 记录关键操作和服务日志，以便排查故障、保障系统安全和满足审计要求。
- 维护、优化和改进应用性能、稳定性与兼容性。
- 履行法律法规、监管要求或司法机关依法提出的要求。
六、信息共享、转让和公开披露
我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将您的个人信息用于第三方广告或营销用途。
在以下必要场景下，我们可能共享、转让或披露相关信息：
- 向为本应用提供云服务、服务器托管、运维支持、故障排查等服务的服务提供方共享必要信息，并要求其仅按我们的指示处理数据。
- 在取得您明确授权或您主动要求的情况下共享相关信息。
- 根据法律法规、监管要求、司法或行政机关依法提出的要求进行披露。
- 在合并、分立、收购、资产转让等情形下，如涉及个人信息转让，我们会要求新的持有方继续受本政策约束。

九、账号注销
如您需要注销账号，可通过客服电话 0755-23008730 或邮箱 depcellent@feisjy.com 提交申请。注销账号前，请您确认已备份必要信息，并理解注销后将无法继续使用该账号访问相关项目、电站和设备数据。
账号注销完成后，除法律法规另有规定或为履行安全审计、纠纷处理等必要目的外，我们会删除或匿名化处理与该账号相关的个人信息。
十、未成年人保护
本应用主要面向企业或组织授权用户，不以未成年人为目标用户。若未成年人确需使用本应用，应在父母或监护人同意和指导下使用。
十一、政策更新
我们可能根据应用功能、法律法规或运营情况更新本政策。政策发生重大变更时，我们会通过应用内提示、页面公告或其他适当方式告知您。更新后的政策将在本页面载明的生效日期起生效。

Privacy Policy for 储能管家
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “储能管家” provided by Shenzhen Feisijieyue Technology Co., Ltd. We process only the data necessary for account access, project and station management, device monitoring, alarms, and strategy dispatch. We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal information for advertising.
1. Information We Collect and Use
To provide energy storage station monitoring, device operation views, alarm views, strategy configuration, and strategy dispatch services, we may collect and use the following information:
- Account and login information: account name, phone number, email address, login credentials, role permissions, organization or project permissions, used for authentication, account management, and access control.
- Project, station, and device operation data: project name, station name, device name, device address, product identifier, device status, energy metrics, power, SOC, alarms, operation records, strategy configuration, strategy execution status, and strategy dispatch records, used to display operating status, analyze energy data, handle alarms, and manage device strategies.
- Operation and service logs: login time, operation time, API access records, strategy modification and dispatch records, and error logs, used for service security, troubleshooting, audit of key operations, and service stability.
- Basic technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, network status, IP address, and timestamps, used for device compatibility, error diagnosis, and normal app operation.
- Local cache: login status, access token, language setting, and recently selected project or station, used to keep the account signed in and improve the user experience. You may clear local cache by signing out, clearing app cache, or uninstalling the app.
Unless you actively provide it or it is necessary for a business function, we do not collect personal sensitive information unrelated to this service.
2. Information We Do Not Collect or Use
- The app does not provide advertising features and does not collect or share personal information for ad display, ad attribution, or ad performance analysis.
- The app does not provide third-party payment features and does not integrate WeChat Pay, Alipay, or similar payment SDKs.
- The app does not provide map or location features and does not actively request or use location permission.
- The app does not access your photos, videos, or media library and does not actively request image, video, or external storage permissions.
- The app does not need phone state or device identifier permissions and does not collect hardware identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or IDFA.
3. Permissions
We request system permissions only when they are necessary to provide app features, and we explain the purpose in the system permission prompt. If a future feature requires additional permission, we will explain the purpose before use and use it only after receiving your authorization.
The current version does not require access to photos, videos, media library, external storage, location, or phone state permissions. You can view and manage app permissions in your system settings.
4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The app is developed based on the DCloud uni-app framework. To support basic app runtime, page rendering, and error troubleshooting, DCloud runtime components may process necessary basic technical information or error logs. The current version does not configure advertising, map, payment, third-party login, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Business data is mainly processed through servers and APIs operated by Shenzhen Feisijieyue Technology Co., Ltd. to support account login, project queries, station monitoring, device operation views, alarm views, strategy configuration, and strategy dispatch.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide account login, authentication, access control, and security protection.
- To display projects, stations, devices, alarms, analytical reports, and strategy execution status.
- To support strategy configuration, strategy modification, strategy dispatch, operation confirmation, and dispatch result queries.
- To record key operations and service logs for troubleshooting, system security, and audit requirements.
- To maintain, optimize, and improve app performance, stability, and compatibility.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
6. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or marketing.
We may share, transfer, or disclose relevant information only in the following necessary situations:
- Sharing necessary information with service providers that provide cloud services, server hosting, operation support, or troubleshooting, and requiring them to process data only under our instructions.
- Sharing information with your explicit authorization or at your request.
- Disclosing information as required by applicable laws, regulations, regulators, judicial authorities, or administrative authorities.
- In the event of merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this Policy.
7. Storage and Protection
- Storage location: in principle, information collected and generated in China is stored in China.
- Retention period: we retain information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.
- Security measures: we use reasonable measures such as access control, transmission encryption, log auditing, and permission management to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
8. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, withdraw authorization, cancel your account, and request explanations regarding your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. You may submit a request through in-app functions, your administrator, or the contact methods listed in this Policy.
After verifying your identity, we will process your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Account Cancellation
If you need to cancel your account, you may submit a request by calling 0755-23008730 or emailing depcellent@feisjy.com. Before cancellation, please confirm that you have backed up necessary information and understand that you will no longer be able to use the account to access related projects, stations, and device data.
After account cancellation is completed, except where otherwise required by laws and regulations or necessary for security audit or dispute handling, we will delete or anonymize personal information related to the account.
10. Minors
The app is mainly intended for users authorized by enterprises or organizations and is not directed to minors. If a minor needs to use the app, the minor should use it with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy according to app features, laws and regulations, or operational needs. If material changes occur, we will notify you through in-app notices, page announcements, or other appropriate methods. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
