我们的产品基于DCloud uni-app(5+ App/Wap2App)开发，应用运行期间需要收集您的设备唯一识别码（IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA、SIM 卡 IMSI 信息、OAID）以提供统计分析服务，并通过应用启动数据及异常错误日志分析改进性能和用户体验，为用户提供更好的服务。

您使用或继续使用我们的服务，即意味着同意我们按照本《隐私政策》收集、使用、储存和分享您的相关信息。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 您可以通过关闭定位功能，停止对您的地理位置信息的收集。

• 日志信息，指您使用我们的服务时，系统可能通过cookies、标识符及相关技术收集的信息，包括您的设备信息、浏览信息、点击信息，并将该等信息储存为日志信息，为您提供更好的用户体验、保障服务安全。您可以通过浏览器设置拒绝或管理cookie、标识符或相关技术的使用。

2. 信息的存储

• 我们会通过安全的方式存储您的信息，包括本地存储（例如利用APP进行数据缓存）、数据库和服务器日志。
• 一般情况下，我们只会在为实现服务目的所必需的时间内或法律法规规定的条件下存储您的个人信息。

• 我们会按照法律法规规定，将境内收集的用户个人信息存储于中国境内。
• 目前我们不会跨境传输或存储您的个人信息。将来如需跨境传输或存储的，我们会向您告知信息出境的目的、接收方、安全保证措施和安全风险，并征得您的同意。

• 当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情况时，我们将以推送通知、公告等形式通知您，并在合理期限内删除您的个人信息或进行匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。

9. 注销账户

您可以通过以下方式申请注销账号， 一旦您注销本软件账号，将无法使用我们所有用户产品的服务，因此请您谨慎操作。

申请注销时，请您务必确认 如下内容 ：

1. 您已备份相关账号信息和数据或自动放弃以上账号关联的所有设备信息；
2. 注销账号后，您将无法使用本账号任何信息（包括但不限于个人资料、用户信息）；
3. 注销一旦申请将无法撤回，系统会在1个工作日内审核并处理完成；
4. 您注销账号并不代表本账号注销前的账号行为和相关责任得到豁免或减轻。

您可以拨打客服电话：0755-23008730以提交注销账号申请。 当您成功注销账户后，我们将采取相应的删除、匿名化措施处理您的信息。

Energy Storage Manager is a product provided by Shenzhen Feisijieyue Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). When you use our services, we may collect and use information about you. Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). 1. Information We Collect

We or our third-party partners may collect, store, and use the following information related to you when providing services. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services provided by us, or may not achieve the desired effect of the relevant services.

• Location Information, which refers to the information collected about your location when you enable the device's location function and use our location-based services, including:
  • Your geographical location information collected through GPS or WiFi when you use our services through a mobile device with location functionality;
  • You can stop the collection of your geographical location information by turning off the location function.

2. Information Storage

• We will store your information securely, including local storage (such as using the APP for data caching), databases, and server logs.
• In general, we will only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or as required by laws and regulations.

• We will store user personal information collected within China in China in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Currently, we do not transmit or store your personal information across borders. If cross-border transmission or storage is required in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of the information export, the recipient, security measures, and security risks, and obtain your consent.

• When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

2. After deactivating your account, you will not be able to use any information related to this account (including but not limited to personal information and user information);
3. Once the deactivation is applied, it cannot be withdrawn, and the system will review and process it within 1 working day;
4. Deactivating your account does not exempt or mitigate your account behavior and related responsibilities before deactivation.
